Effect of Biejiajian Pills on the Expression of VEGF and PCNA of Neoplasm-bearing Mice

Objective: To study the anti-tumor mechanism of Biejiajian pills(Bjj P) for neoplasm-bearing mice of H22 cell.Methods: Models of the neoplasm-bearing mice of H22 cell were established as the experimental models.The model mice were randomly divided into four groups: negative control group,positive control group,high-dose group of Bjj P and low-dose group of Bjj P.Fifteen days was a course.Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression intensity of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) of the neoplasm-bearing mice.Results: Bjj P showed an obvious inhibition on the the expression of VEGF and PCNA.Conclusion: Bjj P may propobaly show its inhibition on the tumor growth through the inhibition of the expression of VEGF and PCNA.
