The utility model discloses a porous ceramic tube type dew point indirect evaporation cooler, which comprises a casing formed by end plates and a pipe box composed of a plurality of heat exchanger tubes in the casing, a primary fan is arranged at the side of the pipe box, a water distributor and a secondary fan are arranged on the pipe box, a secondary grid layer made of multi-layer metal wires is also arranged between the water distributor and the pipe box. The heat exchanger pipe is made of porous ceramic material, the inner surface of the heat exchanger pipe is a high-density porous ceramic film. The water distributor is divided into two layers, intermittent water supplying is performed. The indirect evaporation cooler has simple structure, strong water absorption performance on outer surface of heat exchanger pipe, and even water distribution, so that cooling efficiency of the pipe type indirect evaporation cooler is improved greatly, one-time temperature drop of air is larger, and the temperature of the cooled air is approximate to the dew point temperature.
