Process for producing polyurethane foam, which comprises reacting a polyfunctional organic compound with an organic polyisocyanate in the presence of a blowing agent and one or more optional additives and a catalytically effective amount of a catalyst system comprising at least one compound of tertiary amine carbamate selected from the group consisting of dimethylaminoethoxyethyl carbamate, bis carbamate (dimethylaminopropyl) amino-2-propyl carbamate, dimethylaminoethyl and mixtures thereof; and at least one hydroxycarboxylic acid salt and / or halocarboxylic acid of one or more of any of these compounds tertiary amine carbamate.
