Research on Teaching Team Cooperate Pattern in Polytechnic Computer Specialty

Aim at the limitation of irregular skill level in teachers of polytechnic school,the paper proposed a course teaching pattern based on teaching team cooperation.Via the systemic relevant steps,including big-class teaching and small-class tutorship,project-leading and case-driving,exercise-caution and process-evaluation,normative management and complete document,the cooperative pattern take out a series of material result.The improved following steps are also proposed,including the reconstruct of teacher team and dig method of the student's initial study potential.The teaching team cooperate pattern could solve the problem of course quality and teacher team cultivation effectively,thus have good extension worthiness.
