Внедрение рутинной ДНК-диагностики наследственных моногенных заболеваний в Республике Саха (Якутия)

Innovative methods of DNA diagnostics of hereditary diseases in medical practice of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are discussed. The results analysis of hereditary diseases DNA testing from 1999 for 2010 years is described. Molecular genetic diagnostics, where the DNA analysis can be conducted, should be oriented on the population needs of that region in which it is located.
