HPLC Analysis of Chemical Diversity of Fungus of Tricholoma Giganteum

2009
Chemical diversity of 7 funges of tricholoma giganteum, obtained from different areas of our country, cultured and inspected under the same condition, was studied by HPLC and using the SAS soft ware.Pure adenosine was used as reference standard. It was shown by the experimental results, that the chemical components and their contents, found on the base of the individual peak areas amounting to more than 5%of the total peak areas of the funges, showed significant dissimilarities,i.e.,chemical diversities were found among the 7 funges of tricholoma giganteum. As shown by Q-clustering,there was no significant correlationship between the contents of chemical components and the geographical distances from the origin of the tricholoma giganteum obtained.
