Histo- und biochemische Untersuchungen über den Abbau von Lipiodol Ultrafluid® im menschlichen Lymphknoten

The usually applied contrast medium Lipiodol Ultrafluid® (Ethiodol®) can be seen deposited in lymph nodes by X-ray examination and histologically for several months after lymphography, whereas the contrast medium decreases in the other organs faster. Some reasons are revealed for the longer retention of deposits of the contrast medium in the lymph nodes by histoand biochemical investigations.
