Relation Research between Human Capital and Economic Growth in China Based on ECM Method

Human capital is an important factor for the economy growth of modern society.This paper empirically investigates the relationship between human capital and economic growth in China by cointegration,ECM and Granger-causality test.Variance decomposition model is established to get the long and short term regulative relation.The result suggests that in the long term,economic growth is the Granger-causality of postgraducate education and senior high school education human capital in China.
