The development and test of evaluation scale on knowledge employees’individual innovative behavior

Based on the definition of the concept of knowledge employees and individual innovative behavior, the paper analyses the main process of individual innovative behavior through the literature review.And it de-signs the initial evaluation scale of individual innovative behavior by scientific methods based on the mature e-valuation scales which had been developed by the experts at home and abroad.And then,this paper develops the formal evaluation scale through the purification and exploratory factor analysis.It confirms the good reliabili-ty and validity of the formal evaluation scale through a large-scale questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.
