The damage of the regulator winding is due to the carbon brush of the autotransformer which is unable to withstand too large current. The adjacent coil turns under the carbon brush contact will also cause short circuit due to long heating, which cannot guarantee the normal conduct of the test. According to the shortcomings of the above technology, a test device simulating live verification relay protection is designed. The device adopts a special microprocessing controller to control and calculate the collected data and information, and connect the Ethernet communication interface at the communication interface to improve the information management ability. The method can improve the verification function of simulated load measurement performance, and also meet the test requirements of the three - phase current conversion device directly on the bus current and the three phase voltage conversion device. Through a large number of field tests, the method has low error and high efficiency.
