Developing communities through conversations that matter: results of a teaching and learning program evaluation for the Faculty of Science

Program evaluation of Faculty-embedded teaching and learning initiatives (workshops, forum, SoTL programs) identified a key success factor was engaging in learning conversations with colleagues. Conversations about teaching were an integral component of each initiative. Participants also reported that facilitation skills of initiative leaders were important to meaningful conversations.
