A motion was made by Behnke, seconded by Voigt to approve the minutes as submitted from the last meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Stacy Kritz provided public input as it related to the request to construct a building between the Walters and Lester building. After this the Board Chairperson called for public input three times, with no additional public input given. Several thank you notes were read by Bessert.
