La corresponsabilidad del derecho internacional en el conflicto armado colombiano

This seeks to establish as it has been , is and will be the principle of legal responsibility of international law with the Colombian armed conflict and essentially with the humanitarian crisis in the nation. For this will be a desk review of the situation of human rights in the country and attempts from the (national and international ) institutions to mitigate the violation of them considering that the international community currently focuses on the problems that affect also to stop large-scale violent actions that endanger the status quo in the system.
