Cross sections for the Ar-L X-ray emission in collisions of He+, Ne+ and Ar+ ions with Ar atoms

Ar-L X-ray production cross sections for collisions of He+, Ne+ and Ar+ ions of energies between 100 keV and 1 MeV with Ar atoms have been measured. The results are in good agreement with comparable cross section data.
