Notes on Mascarene Asclepiadaceae

I have been trying to compile as practical an account as I can of this family for the Flore des Mascareignes, on the basis of material kindly named by my colleague Mr D. V. Field. In several cases I could do no more than draw attention to problem areas where a solution must await either more material and more information on native plants or a comprehensive monograph which will be the only way of placing the native taxa in the right context.
