Optimization of the Process of Obtaining Ethanol-Lignin from Abies Bark (Abies Sibirica)

2021
Bark is a large-scale waste in the wood processing industry. The methods of organosolvent processing of lignocellulosic raw materials are now widely used. In this work, the numerical optimization of the process of water-ethanol extraction of abies bark with the production of ethanol-lignin is carried out. It is shown that the optimal conditions for obtaining ethanol-lignin from abies bark are: time 4.5 h, temperature 185 ˚C and ethanol/water ratio 70/30. The resulting ethanol-lignin can be widely used as a raw material for the production of bio-medical preparations and components of motor fuels. #COMESYSO1120
