Vibrational spectroscopy of rotational dynamics in aligned systems (stochastic and inertial regimes)

Abstract New equations for calculation of rotational diffusion coefficients, rotational relaxation times and orientational order parameters in anisotropic systems either by vibrational band shape analysis or directly from half-width are suggested.
