Method for extracting natural taurine from internal organs of squid

The invention discloses a method for extracting natural taurine from internal organs of a squid. The method mainly overcomes the problems of high cost, great probability of causing environmental pollution and low biodegradability. The method comprises the following steps: homogenizing cleaned squid internal organs and then carrying out water extraction so as to obtain taurine extract; subjecting the taurine extract to ultrafiltration twice; then successively carrying out ion exchange chromatographic purification and reverse osmosis concentration; and subjecting obtained concentrate to alcohol precipitation, distillation and spray drying so as to obtain a taurine crystal. The method has the advantages of reasonable process flow, easiness in operation, a high automation degree, easy realization of industrialization and no environmental pollution; and the obtained taurine product has high purity.
