Sensory Evaluation of foods is one major activity done in almost all the food manufacturing industries in the world. They perform sensory analysis, in order to determine the product's suitability for consumption, which is done by either a trained or untrained panelist. The decision is made from their final result, either verbally or written. There is a high possibility of getting the result mis-interpreted. During the taste perception, the brain emits brain waves specified to each taste intensity. By analysing those sensitive waves, it is possible to compare the results of the panelists, the actual feeling of the test subject. This mitigates the risk of mis-interpretation. From this method, a numerical value for the like or dislike can be obtained.
