Practice and Effects on Development of the Dry-cultivation and Water-saving Pattern

The rule of drought occurrence in water-resource region of Shiyan City for water transferring project was analyzed.The approaches of dry-cultivation and water-saving agricultural patterns in this area were introduced.Furthermore,some suggestions were put forward to the existed problems.
