Direitos fundamentais, garantias constitucionais e políticas públicas de educação: classes hospitalares como políticas públicas de inclusão

This essay analyzes the fundamental rights and guarantees established by the 1988 Constitution, focusing on public education policies, with emphasis on special education and inclusion as a way to harmonize the interest of people with some kind of permanent or transitory disability. Finally, we detail the hospital classes, as a concrete example of this type of education. In the elaboration of the work the hermeneutic-dialectic method was used. Key words: Fundamental Rights.
