Crosslinking polyethylene-insulated power cable

2013
The utility model discloses a crosslinking polyethylene-insulated power cable comprising a cable core, gaps of which are filled with filling cores. The cable core is wrapped by a wrapping tape layer, which is provided with a shielding armoring layer in a braided manner. An inner sheath is coiled between the wrapping tape layer and the shielding armoring layer in a wrapped manner, and the outmost layer of the cable core is wrapped by an outer sheath in an extruded manner. The cable core is constituted by two main wire cores and two auxiliary wire cores, which are intertwisted together. The main wire cores are provided with central symmetry cross sections, the area of each of which is 4 square mm. The auxiliary wire cores are provided with central symmetry cross sections, the area of each of which is 2.5 square mm. The structures of the main wire cores are the same as the structures of the auxiliary wire cores. The crosslinking polyethylene-insulated power cable is advantageous in that the aging phenomenon of the crosslinking polyethylene insulating layer can be improved, the working stability and the working reliability of the crosslinking polyethylene-insulated power cable can be improved, and the service lifetime of the cable can be prolonged.
