Study on the Application of UV Ink in Printing Manufacturing

Printing manufacturing refers to the introduction of printing technology into product manufacturing, which is a new field of printing development. Printing manufacturing usually uses functional ink to help complete product manufacturing. As a new material processing technology, UV technology has been widely used in chemical, mechanical, electronic, automotive and other fields, corresponding to a wide variety of UV products. UV ink as one of the most common UV coatings, because of its high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, good quality and other advantages, the application market in the field of printing manufacturing is expanding, which makes the functional UV ink application research widely concerned. This paper introduces the application and research of UV ink in the field of augmented material manufacturing represented by printing electronics and 3D printing and looks forward to the development and existing problems of UV ink in printing manufacturing.
