The purpose of the present reflection article is to present the personal thoughts of the author, from his experience as an instructor and in the process of accompaniment and formation with instructors in many formation centers in the country, about pedagogical sensitivity in the SENA context. It is structured in in three parts: 1. the happening of the SENA instructor in which a reflection is held on the everyday life of the instructor and the unfolding of the institutional horizon as a field of action. 2. The pedagogical sensitivity in the instructor, which addresses the importance of protecting the pedagogical sensitivity as a guarantee in the educational process. 3. The manifestation of pedagogical sensitivity from the instructor, in which some key ideas emerging as the fruit of the work with different instructors in many formation centers in the country. Finally, it concludes with the topic of the instructor identity in the educational labor.
