The speed of light with a shortwave radio

We have recorded standard time signals transmitted simultaneously by the two National Institute of Standards and Technology broadcast stations in Colorado and Hawaii. By measuring the difference in arrival times of these two signals (as received in Wisconsin) students can determine the speed of light.
