Integrated hall-effect-element with germanium-hall-plate

An integrated circuit and a method for manufacturing the integrated circuit provide a Hall-effect element comprising a germanium-Hall plate. The germanium Hall plate allows for increased compared to silicon electron mobility and therefore a more sensitive Hall-effect element.
