Rational Thought on Temporary Substitute Teachers in Rural Areas

At present,there are many temporary substitute teachers in the mid-western regions of China.Many of them lack systematic training and have low attainments in knowledge.There are many objective factors which contribute to the existing problems of these temporary substitute teachers.Therefore,we should face up to the realities of rural education,treat these problems soberly,and take positive measures to perfect this force of temporary substitute teachers.
