Crystal structure of YbFe2O4 films prepared under different partial oxygen pressure

Abstract The crystal structure was investigated on YbFe 2 O 4 films which are deposited on Al 2 O 3 (0001) substrate under different partial oxygen pressure (pO 2 ). The films show high crystalline quality and well-orientation. The in-plane lattice parameter is smaller in the film which is grown under lower pO 2 , indicating higher stoichiometry.
