Communications method for a communication between a first network unit inside a vehicle and a second network unit of a land mobile communication system, in which said communication is routed through a satellite, characterized in that the method comprises : - establish the satellite connection when an information transfer between the first network unit and the second network unit is required, - release the satellite connection when the information transfer between the first network unit and the second network unit is not required network unit, - emulate the signaling of the second network unit for the first network unit during a release state of the satellite connection, and - emulate the signaling of the first network unit for the second network unit during the release status of the satellite connection.
