Фотоемісійна зарядка пилових частинок в аерозолі

The photoemissive charging of the dust particles in the neutral buffer gas under conditions of the dust-formation of fuel-bearing masses of 4-th block of the Chernobyl atomic power plant is considered. The model of photoemissive plasma based on neutralization of the part of particle's charge by electrons, which form a background for formation of the space-charge at the surface of particles is offered. It is demonstrated, that within the limits of such model, the existence both positive, and negative potential barriers on the boundary electronic gas — particle is possible, that can be one of the reasons of the dust particles agglomeration under the action of hard radiation in the aerosol.
