Research on the Implementation Deviation of New Rural Construction Policies and Its Countermeasures in the Context of Rural Revitalization

The effective and accurate implementation of policies has good effects on economic and social development, but the ineffective of implementation will deplete public interest and hinder socioeconomic development. This article takes Town D as the object of study, having a study on the implementation of policies on new rural construction reveals that due to subjective and objective factors, there are deviations in the process of policy implementation in Town D. The main forms are symbolic execution, add-on execution, alternative execution, selective execution, and mechanical execution, which seriously affect the realization of policy’s objectives. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the local situation and actual needs to reduce the deviation in the implementation process. This paper will put forward some recommendations in terms of policy implementation, institutional construction, industrial transformation, and rural governance ideas.
