The invention discloses an electromechanical hydraulic hybrid power transmission device for a cutting part of a coal mining heading machine. The device comprises an input shaft, a hydraulic torque converter, a first planet row, a clutch, a second planet row and a third planet row, wherein the hydraulic torque converter comprises a turbine and a pump wheel; the turbine is connected with the input shaft; the pump wheel is connected with a sun wheel of the first planet row; a planet carrier of the first planet row is connected with a driving disc of the clutch; a driven disc of the clutch is connected with the input shaft; a gear ring of the first planet row is fixedly connected with a sun wheel of the second planet row; a planet carrier of the second planet row is fixedly connected with a sun wheel of the third planet row; a planet wheel of the third planet row is connected with an output shaft. On the premise of taking the efficiency of a transmission system into full consideration, compared with a power transmission system for a cutting part of the existing coal mining heading machine, the electromechanical hydraulic hybrid power transmission device for the cutting part of the coal mining heading machine has the advantages that self-adaptive stepless speed variation is realized; a rock is broken forcibly through reflux power; safety protection is realized by the clutch; buffering and damping are realized by a hydraulic reflux speed-adjusting device.
