조선족 결혼이주여성의 여가욕구 및 여가행태

This study explored the characteristics of leisure desire and leisure behavior of married Korean-Chinese immigrant women through a qualitative research. Data were collected from 13 Korean-Chinese immigrant women, two Chinese immigrant women and two staffs of a multi-culture association through an individual in-depth interview, a focus group interview and a semi-structured survey. Ground theory method was used for the data analysis. Results showed that strong achievement motivation of the married Korean-Chinese immigrant women made their leisure desire dislocate. It was also discovered that the married Korean-Chinese immigrant women had nature of slant on leisure due to their own unique motives for immigration and strong achievement motivation. Moreover, it was found out that as married Korean-Chinese immigrant women become adapted to Korea, they tended to revitalize their leisure desire by having psychological composure and seeking their own solution to satisfy leisure desire. Finally, it was identified that married Korean-Chinese immigrant women regarded leisure as the time for preparing their successful diaspora.
