This article presents an experience concerning the design of an experience-based curriculum, aiming towards the integral development of the students in the Teacher Training Degree of Early Childhood Education. This experience has allowed the participants to establish a connection and to foster a reflection between Claudio Naranjo's pedagogic thought and the teacher training curriculum, oriented to promote the work of self-knowledge. The formative strategies have been built upon the body s movement following music, allowing for an interior journey of self-exploration, discovery and self-knowledge. The experiential work, along with the discussion of the shared experience at the end of every session and final writing projects carried out by the students, have provided participants with a better understanding of themselves and the way in which their personality traits can influence their professional work.
