Opening Universities, Colleges during Pandemic Was Unethical

Colleges and universities across the nation have reported serious problems with students gathering for drinking parties against restrictions and then testing positive. Recently the University of Connecticut's Storrs entire campus was placed under quarantine. This may be, in part attributed to gatherings of this type. Higher Educational administrators across the nation cannot undue unethical decisions. Proactive activities now are necessary, however.
