Clamping device for an epilation

The invention relates to a clamping device (8) for a motor-driven epilation appliance (1), especially for plucking hairs of human skin. The clamping device according to the invention (8) includes a first clamping member (10) having a first contact surface (12), a three-dimensional clamping structure in whose region (14) is formed. Furthermore, the clamping device according to the invention (8) on a second clamping member (11) having a second contact surface (13). The contact surfaces (12, 13) of the clamping elements (10, 11) are provided during operation of the epilator apparatus (1) temporarily to each other in a clamping contact. The special feature of the clamping device according to the invention (8) is that the second clamping element (11) has a lower hardness in the area of the second contact surface (13) than the first clamping element (10) in the region of the first contact surface (12).
