On the Nature of Limitation of Labor Dispute Arbitrage

There are three major opinions on the nature of limitation of labor dispute arbitrage:1. its legal nature belongs to the scheduled period; 2. it refers to the limitation of action; 3. it is the time limit provided by law. The effect of limitation of labor dispute arbitrage is determined by its nature which needs exploring both in practice and theory in order to promote the proper application of the Labor Law, to righteously settle the labor dispute and to maintain the harmony and development of the labor relations.
