Remote Visualized Intelligent Monitoring System for Transmission Lines and Its large-scale Application

In view of safety hazards of transmission lines, three aspects including lightweight image acquisition devices, hazard intelligent detection and system architecture are studied; and a series of visualized monitoring and shooting devices featuring long life, low power consumption, compact size and high reliability, and an special industrial-grade portable line-inspection mobile operation terminal are developed; by utilizing image processing and machine learning, intelligent detection and accurate identification of transmission line hazards based on historical image sequences are realized; and based on this, a remote visualized intelligent monitoring system for transmission lines is developed, so that a protection system combining human precaution, equipment precaution, and technical precaution is realized and applied on a large scale. The system has accomplished visualized intelligent protection against hazards of line channels through comprehensive collection, real-time monitoring, intelligent early-warning, and data sharing of the line channel status, and the safety of the transmission line is greatly improved, the transformation from manual line-inspection to unmanned line-inspection of transmission lines is pushed forward significantly.
