The utility model discloses a grouting pressure automatic control system which comprises a central control system, a pressure sensor and a pressure regulating and actuating mechanism, wherein the pressure sensor is connected with a central processing unit through a signal processing and converting circuit, the output of the central processing unit is connected with a control circuit of the actuating mechanism, and the control circuit of the actuating mechanism is connected with the pressure regulating and actuating mechanism; and the central processing unit is connected with a display screen and a keyboard. The pressure regulating and actuating mechanism comprises a high-pressure valve, a driving mechanism comprising a motor and a gearbox is connected with a rotating rod of the high-pressure valve, a manual rotating disk is connected with the rotating rod of the high-pressure valve, a carrier gear is mounted between the gearbox and the rotating rod of the high-pressure valve, and the output end of the high-pressure valve is connected with a grout inlet of a grouting machine. The grouting pressure automatic control system can realize acquisition of pressure signals, setting of standard pressure and comparison of pressure values, and the central processing unit is used for controlling the motor to drive the high-pressure valve so as to achieve the purpose of automatically controlling grouting construction pressure. The pressure regulation can be more precise and faster.
