Vehicle monitoring information system based on WebGIS, GPS and GSM

This paper analyzes the network topological structure of vehicle monitoring information system and based on it 3-tier system architecture of B/S mode is designed. And then key technologies used to fulfill main function modules are described in detail. The paper demonstrates the validity, stability and extensibility through application instance.
