Description of the Pupa of the Himalayan Mosquito, Ochlerotatus pulchriventer

Abstract The pupa of Ochlerotatus pulchriventer ( = Aedes pulchriventer) is described and illustrated for the first time. It was collected at midrange altitudes in the Himalaya Mountains of Nepal. A subspecies from Taiwan is discussed.
