The role of library in the construction of first-class disciplines in colleges and universities

With the continuous upgrading and further development of higher education, the competition among colleges and universities is becoming more and more fierce, and the construction of first-class disciplines is the core means to improve the level of colleges and universities and is also the key task of long-term development of colleges and universities. As a college resources center, library is the reserve guarantee of the construction of first-class discipline. According to the role of college library in the construction of first-class discipline, this paper analyzes the linkage relationship between the library and the construction of first-class discipline in colleges and universities, and points out the service means of the university library on first-class discipline construction, which can provide reference on the planning, construction and transformation of college library.
