The Structure of TRPC ion channels

Abstract Briefly review the recent structural work of transient receptor potential canonical (TRPC) ion channels by using electron cryo-microscopy (cryo-EM). The high resolution structures of TRPC3, TRPC4, TRPC5 and TRPC6 are discussed.
