Distribution of multidrug-resistant bacteria and analysis of antimicrobial resistance.

2010
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the control and therapy of infection by analyzing the distribution and drug resistance of MDR bacteria.METHODS Bacteria were isolated and identified routinely by VITEK-32 system and disk test, and ESBLs,AmpC,MBL and MRSA were detected by turns.RESULTS Of the 388 MDR bacteria, there were MDR-AB(19.4%),PDR-AB(13.2%),PDR-PA(23.7%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(38.9%) Escherichia coli(45.4%) and MRSA(59.1%).It indicated the majority of Gram-negative bacilli were resistant to at least 10 kinds of antimicrobial agents, the ESBLs producing rate of Enterobacteria ceae was 42.5%,the majority of which were E.coli and K.pneumoniae, the AmpC producing rate was 16.3% and the MBL producing rate was 2.2%,respectively.CONCLUSION The major MDR bacteria are Gram-negative bacilli, which are resistant to nearly all the antibiotics. The highly isolating rate of MRSA should not to be ignored, too.
