The invention discloses a production process of full raw-material edible-mushroom mushroom spawn and a culture material thereof. The production process comprises the step of punching holes on a plurality of rows of evenly and vertically pricked micropores on an edible-mushroom culture bag; the steps of placing the edible-mushroom culture bag in a wood pattern, placing the culture material and strain in the wood pattern, pressing the culture material and the strain until the culture material and the strain are higher than the wood pattern, lifting the wood pattern upwards after pressing the culture material and the strain, and performing repeated feeding, pressing and upward lifting until the edible-mushroom culture bag is filled; and the step of performing mushroom spawning management and overturning the edible-mushroom culture bag once every 3-7 days. The production process solves the technical problems that the edible-mushroom culture bag is broken easily in the process of making mushroom spawn, and yield and survival rate are not high when a raw material serves as the edible-mushroom culture material. Besides, the raw material which is not processed by high pressure and high temperature serves as the edible-mushroom culture material, production cycle is shortened, environment pollution and production cost are reduced, product yield and quality are improved, and massive popularization and implementation are facilitated.
