Pavement 3D printing device and application thereof

The invention discloses a pavement 3D printing device including, in a successively connected manner, a pavement scanning apparatus, a material discharge system, a screeding apparatus and a grinding apparatus. The invention also discloses an application of the device for paving an asphalt pavement. Compared with the prior art, the apparatus can be used for directly paving the asphalt pavement on an uneven road. The device is operated on the basis of 3D printing principle and increases compactness level and pavement flatness, reduces abrasion of the road as more as possible and increases the service life of the road as more as possible. Economically speaking, the method can pave the road being longer in service life with more less cost and is free of a complex step of milling and finishing the pavement, reduces time of construction and traffic close time and achieves minimization of social influence. Environmentally speaking, the method also can reduce carbon emission through reduction of construction steps and the traffic close time.
