A Knowledge-based System for Crop Management in Irrigated Agriculture

A knowledge-based system for crop management is being developed for irrigated crops on a central computer at CSIRO Griffith. A prototype Decision Support System for irrigated wheat is well advanced and assists decision making in a choice of irrigation scheduling, nitrogen management and stripe rust control.
