Actividad física, deporte y profesión: aproximación jurídica

espanolEl presente trabajo trata de reunir, exponer y enfrentar las dos visiones existentes sobre la regulacion de las profesiones tituladas de la actividad fisica y del deporte en Espana. Primeramente, se explica por que debe regularse una profesion y como esta pasa a ser una profesion titulada. Posteriormente, se detalla lo que es un titulo y lo que son ensenanzas superiores. A continuacion se debate y se reflexiona sobre quien ostenta la competencia para regular las profesiones tituladas. Por un lado, se encuentran los que piensan que deben ser las Comunidades Autonomas las que regulen las profesiones tituladas. Y por el lado contrario, los que creen que debe ser el Estado el que las regule. EnglishThe aim of this study was to collect, present, and confront the two visions about the professional activity regulation of physical activity and sport in Spain. First of all, why a profession should be regulated and how it turns into a profession requiring qualifications is explained. Subsequently, what an academic qualification and what high education means is told in detail. Moreover, we debate and reflect on who have complete authority on the professions requiring qualifications regulation. On the one hand, there are those who think that the regulation of professions requiring qualifications can only be done by the Self–governing Communities. And on the other hand, there are those who think that it must be done by the State.
