Genome-scale mRNA transcriptomic insights into the responses of oilseed rape ( Brassica napus L.) to varying boron availabilities

2017
Backgrounds and aims Boron (B) is a micronutrient essential for plant normal growth and development. Brassica napus L., one of the leading oil-crop species, is extremely susceptible to deficient and excessive B stresses. Previous studies were concentrated only on the responses of plants to a single B stress only. Here, we aim to provide a comprehensive genome-scale mRNA transcriptomic response of Brassica napus to B deficiency and toxicity.
