Comprehensive Evaluation of Real Estate Development Based on Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis: A Case of Hubei Province

At present, China’s real estate and related industries account for a large proportion of the GDP, which has played an important role in the rapid development of China’s economy. This paper first constructs an evaluation index system for the development of real estate and then uses factor analysis to analyze the data of the real estate development in Hubei Province in the past 19 years, analyzes the trend of real estate development in Hubei Province, and important factors affecting the development of real estate, and uses K-Means cluster analysis to perform cluster analysis on 19 years from 2000 to 2018. Finally, the government can take measures from three aspects to promote the healthy development of the real estate industry.
